I have the same problem.....

My buddy had same problem, wait, ill check If i do.
yep, on update 5 it fails. Don't worry about it, Rakion sucks now anyways. Don't even play this worthless game. |

Hmmm kewl but it doesnt matter who i ask its a problem with the launcher nothing to do with the game....

delete everything in your fetch folder in rakion, and it will download the file (suposedly, im gonna try it myself now, redownloading rakion at the moment)
then apperently it will get thru launcher, but will stop on another file while its patching rakion itself. |

yeah it works, it gets the launcher to work, but Rakion still won't launch, it fails on another file after that, I think we just gotta wait for softnyx to do something right.
on second thought, odd are better that softnyx will litiritly detonate a nuclear warhead on themselves, then actually please its customer and do something right. Such a shame too, I really liked this game. well, good things cant last forever. So, anyone got a Rakion replacement, an alernate game that is similar? |

ive been playing trickster, its not bad, bit boring tho. spellforce was good too, but i was borrowing a friends copy, i gotta go find my own copy of it.
as far as rakion goes, ive only gotten the launcher to path, by deleted everything in the fetch folder, rakion itself, won't patch still, says failed to download modelsv.xfs. wish truth was here, maybe he can solve it |
